We’re hiring Service Advisor and Automotive Technician positions in our Alpharetta Location!

Automotive Technician

All qualified candidates must be able to perform the following tasks effectively, in a high volume, full service automotive repair shop:


  1. General repairs on all makes and model cars and light trucks, including but not limited to:
  2. Brakes
  3. Suspension
  4. Front end
  5. Drivability
  6. Belts and hoses
  7. Alternator and starters
  8. Flush services
  9. Tune up and ignition
  10. Accurately diagnose check engine light related issues
  11. Perform a complete bumper to bumper inspection on every vehicle


Candidates must have at least 5 year’s experience professionally working on vehicles.

Service Advisor/Writer

Qualifications and requirements for all Service Advisor/Writer candidates: 


  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with a ‘customer first’ approach
  • Have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present solutions to our customers in a simple and easy manner
  • Have exceptional management and multitasking ability  
  • Have proven sales capability without jeopardizing honesty and integrity
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
  • Communicate on the phone in a clear, professional manner
  • Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer
  • Direct, coordinate, and participate in performing customer service activities
  • Shuttle customers as needed
  • Assist other employees as needed
  • Be proficient in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications
  • Have experience in automotive customer service and service sales
  • Have ASE certification in service management or equivalent experience
  • Experience with R.O. Writer software application
  • Supervisory or management experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate’s or undergraduate degree preferred
